is a full receptive service company, providing a multitude of
services for conventions, corporate, incentive, leisure and sports
related business.
DMI
Conventions Department specializes in producing programs
for associations, corporations and incentive travel including guest
activities, event planning, transportation services, entertainment
and a host of other professional services.
Our
wholesale tour operation designs packages for New Orleans and the
Southeast Region of the United States. Services include airline
ticketing through DMI Travel, hotel accommodations, airport transfers,
sightseeing, as well as customized tours with professional multi-lingual
guides.
DMI
has earned "official tour operator status" for major special and
sporting events. As the official tour operator for the annual New
Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and Essence
Festival, DMI packages include hotel accommodations, event
tickets, tours and a host of discount coupons for shopping and attractions.
Our
Sports division is the official tour operator for Nokia
Sugar Bowl, the NFL New Orleans Saints, NBA New
Orleans Hornets and New Orleans Zephyrs (packaging both
home and away games). Our relationships with both professional and
collegiate teams has afforded us the opportunity to expand our expertise
to include major sporting events; SEC Championship, Alliance Bowl
Games, NCAA Final Four and Super Bowl.
